LEARNING LOTS AND LOVING IT! WEEK 1

Ahhh guys the MTC is the best place on earth!!! It's like girls camp and youth conference on steroids with the strongest spirit you have ever felt!! Every day here at the mtc feels like an eternity, but looking back it feels like I just got here! I love my teachers and my district so much! My companions name is Sister Hall and she is from Sequim Washington! She is serving in the Farmington New Mexico, half of my district is going to Farmington, then the other half Raleigh then 2 elders going to Ogden! So if you ever meet elder Solomon or elder Sewell you have to tell them you know Sister Kinne!!

Everyday here is very similar breakfast, class, lunch, study, exercise, study, dinner, class, study sleep. And guess What! You think they wouldn't trust us to start teaching right away, oh you'd be wrong, we did a mock finding and lesson with our teacher and the very next day they said okay we have some people here for you to go find and teach so good luck! The Lord does really trust us to share his truth and I feel so honored to be out here representing him and his gospel! We were able to teach the plan of salvation to a boy named Joe who had recently lost his grandpa and was wanting answers on how to find closure! I felt like i was on literal fire when I was studying and praying about him and what he needed to know, and then again when teaching and talking to him! THE CHURCH IS SOOOO TRUE!!!! IF YOU AREN'T READING THE BOOK OF MORMON EVERYDAY PLZ DO IT! The blessings that come are so amazing!!!

Sadly one of the sisters in our district left us today and we have all been pretty sad about it, but thats when you just have to trust in god and the plan he has for all his children individually!

The food here is mediocre, but i mean its all they got so we make the best of it! Today we got to go do a session in the Provo Temple for our Pday and it was so good, and we got to eat lunch in the temple cafeteria for a good change haha!

Im so so so happy here, i havent even cried once! thank you for all your sweet emails and letters throughout the week i love you guys so much! feel free to email me whenever it really does make my day!

But everyday my fav part is being able to see Christs name on my chest and confirming to me that there is no better place to be! We heard a talk from president Holland that simply stated that missionaries must be their own first covert and we have been really focusing on bettering our own personal testimony so we can then help others grow theirs! Sister Hall and I are preparing to teach Joe the restoration tomorrow so keep him in your prayers!
