Well folks...its been a weird one and quite an emotional roller coaster these last couple of days in NC. The week started out as any other week and we were having a blast as we visited members and people we are teaching. The members here are so amazing they would hardly let us leave their home without us taking a case of toilet paper with us. But by Wednesday morning the NCRM was put under a precationary state of self isolating quarantine... I'm pretty sure I've gone through just about every emotion in the book these last couple days, from super happy and care free to an intense amount of sadness and fear of the uncertainty. As of right now it is pretty uncertain when I will return home... but I am doing my best to exercise faith in the lord and his plan for me.
I've had the chance to do missionary work in a very different way, including my very favorite which is MUSIC! I have been trying to take advantage of my time inside by playing and singing my fav hymns with a little hint of home ;) if anyone has a fav hymn they want me to sing send it my way and I would love to make you a little audio clip or video... I got the time... hahah :)
My comps are both great artists so they have been teaching me the art of the watercolor so that has been fun. We have been making some cards and quotes for people we are teaching! So also feel free to send your fav quotes and scriptures my way!
But the work has continued! We have been able to have lessons with people we are teaching over the phone and Facebook!! Jazzlyn is doing amazing and we are planning to invite her to be baptized this week!!!
Lanshi from Apex got baptized this week and mu heart couldnt be happier for her!
Keep us and the work as a whole this week in your prayers!
Love you all
