Transfers

HELLO!!!

TRANSFERS HAPPENED... and I got a new my new companion is Sister Simmons!
She is so awesome she is from Portland Oregon and is so sweet! I am so excited for a fun filled holiday transfer with her!

I was so sad to say goodbye to Smith but she is killing it back in the 801!

This week was PACKED with great stuff!

We ALMOST had a baptism with Brayden this week... He asked his parents, which has been the thing holding him back for the longest time... but they were TOTALLY SUPPORTIVE, which was awesome, BUT a baptism the same day he asked did not fly to well with them, hahah totally understandable. So he is one step closer and we couldn't be more proud of his courage and faith!

We got to go to a YSA ping pong Tournament this week at NC State in Raleigh, with someone we want the YSA elders to teach so that was a blast!

This week so many things happened that in the moment I was frustrated, but after I just put my trust in the Lord MIRACLE BEGAN TO HAPPEN! We were in the exact right place at the exact right time, and when it seemed that no one on earth would talk to us we just decided to let the spirit decide where we went and it was AWESOME!

We got to talk to this super nice Chilean women and she said she had lots of friends back home who are members of our church and wanted to give us some "fairy hair" so we got to talk to her about light the world and got her signed up for the text reminders while she did it! Missionary work is fun HAHA ;) ( don't worry we only got one piece and they fell out the next day anyways haha, idk how President Holland would like us to have glitter all in our hair haha)

We started teaching this 10 year old boy of a part member family named Daniel, he is so respectful and we are so excited to start teaching him!

Micheal is doing great and we are hoping to set a baptismal date this week!

Exciting things are happening this time of year, we are so so so excited for light the world and i am so thankful for this time of year to reflect on the things I am thankful for but most of all the Savior and His birth!

I love you all and hope you enjoy thanksgiving this week!
Love Sister Kinne
